Loss on Brad. Rozier finally has a good game and only plays 19 minutes. Brown was having a great game and only played 25, this player of the game only played 23. No Hack a Lakers even though the Lakers only shot 38% from the line! Wake up Brad!!!!  38%<<<<<

His greatest failure was not intervening in the early parts of the 3rd where our starters were letting the lead evaporate.  He sat on the sideline with his thumb up his butt while our 9 point lead turned into a 7 point deficit.  Once he made substitutions - far too late - we started to stabilize.

God awful job by Brad today.

This game is on Stevens. He was out coached by rondo and Lebron. Actually he gets out coached by those two routinely in bigger games.

Yep. At what point do we seriously consider that Brad just might not be the coach for this group? While we've been playing better, games like this where Brad continuously makes baffling in-game decisions and cannot reign in his group really throw doubt that he can get this group together. I think his inability to manage this level of talent is a major reason why we've underperformed through most of the year.

A team is shooting 38% from the line and you don't send guys out to foul in a close game?????

Brad just said the team stopped guarding and started playing passive after the 3rd half and that’s where they lost the game letting the Lakers score 42 pts in the 3rd. Said if you don’t do the right things the basketball gods will punish you which they did in the last 3 min

Hard to beat a bad three point shooting team(second worst in league at 33.4% averaging 10 3PTM per game) when they decide to hit 22 threes in 41 attempts even when a bunch of those threes were contested.

But we still should have. If it weren't for LeBron being on this team, this would go up there as one of the worst losses of the year.

This team is not getting out the second round of the playoffs. Could not even beat a Lakers team with a gimpy James and a band of misfits that were dead in the water.

And they let Rondo beat them.

no not playing like this. done in second round if this team shows up.
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Oh well.  We'll beat them in LA.

They might make more free throws next time, but they won't make nearly as many 3's.

No they won't. They're getting swept by LA lol. They couldn't even put them away at the Garden with an 18 point lead what makes you think they'll beat them at Staples Center ugh. Plus the Celtics aren't even a good road team.

i still think this a problem with too many players.  its like its more important to get guys minutes than to win games.  alot of this is on ainge for not constructing the right hierarchy in the locker room

Guys. Girls. Romans. Aliens.

It's a regular season loss. Step back from the ledge.

Get back on the horse next game.

Two things:

1) This is, what? the fifth or sixth "oh it's just one regular-season loss to a bad team" this season.

2) It's the freakin LAKERS. Do I need to explain that? I hope not.

The Lakers just got drubbed by an Oladipo-less Pacers squad; their morale was at an all-time low. So OF COURSE the Celtics had to do them a solid and play like absolute trash. Now I've gotta go to work tomorrow and put up a bunch of crap from my Laker-fan coworkers.

They showed up with something to prove. Key guys had rough shooting nights. Sucks to lose but we're not gonna win out the rest of the season. Put your big girl panties on and play the next game.

This team has sucked in the third quarter all season. It never changes.

He does this every game. It is infuriating. He’s lost a lot of his luster this year.

One of the worst losses of the year. Lost a game on Toronto. Embassies themselves on national television.

And to that effing rat Rondo.

Just abysmal.

Ra? really?
Yup. Dude quit on the Cs and some fans had the audacity to cheer for him during the intros. Guy is a loser.
Rondo didn't quit on the C's.  may not have played all out every game but he didn't quit on the team when he played here
Nope. He most definitely quit on the team that season.  It wasn’t a surprise they started playing better the moment he got his butt traded.
not sure what you were watching that season but he didn't quit on them.  saying they played better without him is meaningless considering how often teams have a better record for awhile when their top player goes out or if they lose an important player
