This would be a huge get for Toronto but I have no idea why Memphis would do this just to cut long-term salary. Feel like Toronto would have to start talking about Siakam or Anunoby to get any traction.

Yeah, that doesn’t make much sense just for long-term salary reduction without any young prospects or draft compensation.

But hey - maybe this will mess with Lowry’s mindset for the rest of the season!
