I feel the need to repeat myself:  I just don't understand how, as a defender, you're expected to defend against a ball screen in today's NBA.  You give up a three if you go under and you get called for a foul if you fight over.  There's no way to win.

Brown has been balling in January.
He's been balling since going to the bench. The last few weeks he has been playing some of his best ball since his playoff run.

Smart, Hayward and Morris all with cuts tonight. Did Celtics only bring fists to a knife fight?

Yup.  I really dislike how soft the game has become too.  These are grown, enormously powerful professional athletes.  Let them get after it.

All because theyr'e trying to keep the game clean, and because they want to keep causal fans engaged with a league that favors offense and lots of points on the board.

So we are up 10 at half and sleep-walk through yet another 3d quarter in a middling game. Celts have been in position to gain ground this week with our East rivals on the road or, poor Indy, losing their superstar. This team has a head problem - simple as that.

Dang Kyrie. Dude definitely caused these guys to have that poor third quarter by sitting on the bench! #TradeKyrie

Uh, I didn't mention Irving's name. You guys have a real obsession with him.

Ah man, my bad. Just figured it was another shot at Kyrie from you, only tacitly this time.  ;)

That's because you are so obsessed with him.................and apparently, me.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Brown outplaying him and taking his minutes.
