Against teams with big, talented centers, we should start Williams until Baynes gets back.

Team lacks toughness. Barely had FTs before the half.

The IT team would beat this team off hustle alone.

Why does it take so long for Steven's to play TimeLord. He brings energy, intimidation at the rim and defense. Who cares if he can't shoot a 3 or get his own shot.

Actually Williams can shoot, they just won't let him yet.

You tend to get outrebounded when you miss a lot of shots compared to your opponent.

We missed 53 shots, they missed 50 shots.

You tend to get outrebounded when the other team has a talented seven footer like Whiteside.

But, but ... small ball!

Doc Rivers?

I think Baynes would have made a real difference in this game.

It was just one of those games, I guess. Came out flat, got their confidence up that they could pull this one out, and when we made our run, they answered.

Whatever. On to the next.

I swer you guys prefer guys like Greg Monroe over Al.

Offense was the reason we lost tonight, not rebounding. Also its a 2nd night of b2b with Al still not 100% and missing our first big off the bench. Go cheer for the pistons if you want a rebounder so much that youcdont care about everything else.

Top rebounding teams have been really thrashing the league past decade.
Not.

Al is not a center.

At his best he performs 80% of his time at the pf spot which is easier on his body than having to bang against bigger bodies.

We need a reliable center and need another role player like Smart.

I told my son prior to the game this was a trap game, that we could lose by taking them lightly.

Sorry, it's not just rebounding. It's rebounding and interior defense.

I kept waiting for Brad to put Williams in. He finally did in the third quarter, and we went on a 21-3 run.

Size matters.

I agree missing Baynes is important against the bigger more talented centers in the NBA.

Still, I don't understand why Williams gets so little playing time. He was a plus 15 last night. I would even try him playing alongside Horford as the PF.

By playing him more he would be much better prepared for the playoffs.

Bingo.
Sometimes I think Brad is channeling Doc Rivers.
