Athletic wing that can’t shoot? Sounds like typical Cs prototype.

I still believe the Celts are picking for the Pels in this year's draft.

Little or NAW is my guess at this time also

20 - Thybulle (promise rumors)

22 - wildcard... Windler?

Will Bitadze be doing any workouts? Or is it just Euroleague stuff so he can't come?
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA

I just hope we take Bitadze with one of our picks, we could really use a big like him. High on Little though.
Jaylen Brown for All-NBA

If he keeps the picks, then either Nickeil-Alexander Walker or Goga Bitadze for number 14, Cameron Johnson for number 20 and Carsen Edwards at number 22.

If he can find a way to move further up the draft (say somewhere between 10-12) then Rui Hachimura.

If Kyrie leaves, my first choice is easily Nickeil Alexander-Walker. I really like his all-around game, and I think he's a nice piece next to Tatum and Brown.

I agree. From all the mock drafts I've read, the consensus seems to be he's probably the best talent that will be available at 14. An offensively gifted 2 guard. Something the Celts lack right now.

If Celts draft Little then the Celts will have Tatum, Brown, Hayward, and Little playing SF or SG.

It would be the same problem last season, too many of the same kind.

Danny doesn't draft like that

its about trying to better his draft position by trying to "cheat/gamble"

he did it with Avery Bradley, Gerald Green, Rozier and unfortunately James Young, Kedrick Brown, Yabusele.

Little had an ok freshman year.... but he could either explode in year 2 (top 5-10 prospect in 2020 draft) or improve just only a little (risk doesn't pay off).  He was the mvp in the all mcdonalds HS game and overall package does scream top 10 type talent

I bet Ainge takes the gamble

Think of it this way also.  If Little ends up blossoming, he could be insurance in case Tatum or Brown walks or one is traded.  On the flipside, Little could be traded for a proven vet

Also I wouldn't discount two HS transition prospects Lecque and Darius Bazley  with one of the 20 picks

Bazley is a 6'9 , long forward that brings an intriguing package to the table.   He could be still growing

check out the clip below.  Impressive unselfish game and those finish around the basket

Bazley with a group of similar forwards like Clarke, Paschall are coming in for a workout  and scrimmage I assume

If that cycle continues then the Celts will never become contenders.

The time to develop players has come and gone.
Celts already invested big money in Horford and Hayward.
Hoping draft picks will blossom is for rebuilding teams, Celts are in win now mode.

I'd forgotten about Bazley to be honest. He looks way more beefed up than when I last saw him, and he's not even 19 yet. Good signs
