Does Kyrie cast that much of a shadow that guys struggle to play freely?

This is Minnesota with injuries

I am just talking in general. Seems like when he is out other guys play better...ala the playoffs last season

Rozier and Smart definitely look better with the ball in their hands.

Smart runs point mostly when he plays with Kyrie.

Helps when Al makes plays like that too.

it looks like it tonight, but it seems to happen to the C's a lot.  Leading guy goes down and we keep fighting and somehow look like we don't need that alpha dog.

That's where Terry is frustrating. Takes a less than ideal midrange jumper in traffic early in the shotclock, and then he doesn't hustle back, gambles for the steal, leading to his man scoring.
