He is jaw dropping and he has spoken with the legends and wants to be hanging from the rafters said Wyc.Who did a great job during 2nd quarter with Gorman and Scal.
What an owner and fan.
Kyrie just had me awe struck..Rozier has his strengths but Kyrie is a one of a kind
.What a great move by Ainge and owners.
Kyrie is a legit superstar that is playing pain free and his 2nd operation was a cleanup that showed no structural problems -the ensuing operation to remove screws was just an infection not from a chronic problem.
We have prime time Kyrie an absolutely unique ball handler and scorer.Maybe the best ever

i am totally blessed to be a Celtics fan and having grown up in Boston.

Amen, I agree! He will definitely help us raise a few more banners to the rafters in the coming decade. My guess is 3. This season when the team is struggling, he always seems to be the bright light on the court.

Plus, he is a top 7 plus minus career player for all active players( Durant is 8 ) as well. Was surprised to see Paul as number 3 on that list but of course Lebron and Curry are 1 and 2. He is also number 8 for all active players for playoffs(Durant is 6). Interesting to see Lebron, Curry and Paul 1-3 in both regular season and post season but Lebron is in league by himself with his ratings. Paul might be one of the best stat players who has never won a title. Interesting to see it does not lead him to trophies.

I expect to see Kyrie's plus minus improve over the next few years as well.

It’s hard to be a consistent producer in the NBA. Kyrie makes it look easy getting 20 a night even when he and the team are not playing well. It’s that level of consistency over years that the rest of our team should aspire to. I have no doubt he could easily average more but he’s subordinating his scoring to let the team have more touches and his assists are up.

Since he’s been in Boston I’ve noticed h3s put a lot more emphasis on his defense - he’ll never be Tony Allen but he’s worked a lot harder on that end this yea4. It’s mind boggling how some people were wanting to flick him in favor of Rozier last year  ::)

Rozier is a great prospect but Kyrie is a star in this league who has produced consistently over time.

Irving is great no doubt but you don't win a championship with a ball dominant PG.

You need a dominant SWING man or a BIG.

Michael Jordan would play PG in today's league.

Just sayin.'

Also there's this guy named Steph Curry ....

And last year's second best team was the Rockets who had 2 PGs starting.

Billups,
Tony Parker
Derek Fisher
Mario Chalmers
Gary Freaking Payton / Jayson Williams
Jason Kidd / Jason Terry / Barea
Rajon Rondo

^^^ These guys for the most part have been point guards for championship teams dating back all the way to 2000, besides stephen curry , who not only is great but has [dang] good players on his team,

The point guards were never the best or most important on that team, maybe tony parker that year, but other than that you need to have a [dang] good other player.....Celtics dont right now.

Kyrie is good but no way he can will one for the Celtics with these squad.

When you say 2 point guards. Essentialy Harden is a shooting guard, even though he will run offense etc.

so comparing the "2 points guards" doesnt hold up when doing the comparison with one good one. Maybe If Irving had Harden , this team would be a definitive contender.

I think it's fairly well acknowledged that Harden is a PG. Just like Ben Simmons is a PG.
