Omg, these are some absolute BS calls on Smart. Smart gets called for a block on one end, and that BS is called a "charge" on Smart? Pure incompetence from the refs. The tall bald one is especially bad.

Between complete inconsistency on different sides of the court and then these types of "W T F" fouls and travel calls, how is the NBA's officiating product not better? At the very least how is it not more consistent?
