The Rim we were shooting at was bent?

Looks like it was  >:(

What the...?
Does this mean we can replay the first half?  :)

They have to swap out the rim now?

Don’t Portland have any money? Why can’t they maintain their equipment?
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

Is the gambling on this game now null and void?

So we don’t get to get our shoot around while Portland get to keep practicing. They should be gracious hosts and let us practice some shots, God knows we need the practice

Per the NBA’s stat site:

- No team has attempted a higher percentage of open shots than the Celtics (32.5 percent).

- The Celtics are 27th in FG% on open shots.

Beyond this, tonight will be the 9th (out of a total of 13) road game that we've played thus far, and we've played something like a top-3 most difficult schedule thus far.

So there certainly are things working against us with the road-heavy/difficult start to the schedule and us just simply missing open shots, but it certainly does say something about our offensive philosophy that we are that dependent upon jump shots in order to succeed.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

Out of fairness Portland should have to shoot on that rim too.

But something tells me they're going to make their shots anyway.  They're just a lot better than we are right now.

Jump shots on a crooked rim are really hard to win with.
