That 2nd 3 was insanely hard.  To rebalance yourself and make a shot like that... a true pro's shot.

When you guard him correctly and it doesn't matter.

It feels good to have a near superstar.

But what about De'Arron Fox?
I'm bitter.

5-3 and no score....

Because - you guessed it - we took a less-than-ideal three pointer, though admittedly it's more about *who* took the shot.

Shooters like Kyrie, Gordon, Morris, or Tatum are fine taking those types of fastbreak threes, but that's not the type of shot Brown should be taking.

That is exactly the shot brown should be taking. Its a good shot.

Nope. Brown is a set three point shooter. His three point percentage was higher last year because he took more corner threes.

Ya, literally everybodies percentage is higher form the corner. And if you only look at above the break shots brown would still be above average from 3 last year. Also, Morris is a 36% 3 pnt shooter on his career, he is hot this year but if you argument is Brown is a set shooter than so is Morris. Or Tatum for that matter who lived on set shots last year.

Morris' career three point percentage has nothing to do with it; it has everything to do with the type of shot that is. Kyrie, Morris, Tatum, etc. all regularly shoot off the pull-up like that, either off the dribble or off the fastbreak pull-up. Brown simply isn't that type of shooter. He'll shoot some like that, sure, but he's much more effective as a set shooter because he's not the natural shooting type like the others.

I mean, it's no coincidence that he bricked that fastbreak pull-up wing three and a few possessions later nailed the corner three off of the pass lol

Are you freaking kidding me... Just a tough shot. Props to Dipo. Can't believe Kyrie didn't finish on the other end.
