The madman called a timeout when we're up by 100 with 2 seconds left? Lol

Gotta draw up a great play with 2 seconds left!
I'm bitter.

Baynes does not need to get 3 happy - in addition to the fact that he is shaky from there, it takes him away from offensive rebounding.

But look at what happened. Baynes pump faked and took a dribble and got Giannis on a blocking foul.

Now, I'm not saying I want Baynes to start driving from the 3-point arc but he's becoming a threat that other teams have to worry about. If he can bang on defense and draw opposing bigs away from the rim, that's great.

I mean, it would be great if the Celtics ever took shots at the rim.

Is it crazy to think that the Bucks are more of a "rival" for us moving forward than the Sixers? I like the Bucks overall fit and playing style much better than the Sixers, who still have so many question marks.

I think the team would consider them more of a rival, but the media will keep beating the "Boston v. Philly" drum no matter how one sided it is

Giannis/Middleton is better at basketball right now than Embiid/Simmons, I'd say.

Giannis is the best player on either team.

Agreed. And Middleton might be the worst player of the 4 but he's the best complimentary player.

If he plays like last playoffs, he's better than Simmons

If he learns to shoot threes...he's better than Lebron.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

The Bucks were better than the Sixers last year and they got better and The Sixers got worse....

If Boston continues to contain Milwaukee at this rate this Celtics defense could hold a team scoring 120 points per game to around 100.

Defense wins championships.

Oh, and hitting a lot of threes does too.

I'm still really high on Simmons but Middleton is underrated and could be an all star this year and Ben doesn't seem to have gotten better.

Five more threes and we could tie the overall NBA record for made threes in a game!
