Removing my bias as a fan and extrapolating the data I'm predicting the C's will win 41 games this season.  What is your prediction?

Take off the green goggles and try to think objectively for 2 seconds. Extrapolating from last game's data we are clearly finishing 2-80.

or 80-2... ;D

I'd still rather be a Cs fan. The Lakers are going to go 0-82.

And while I follow the NBA closely, I really would not have predicted that the Pistons, Bucks, Nuggets and Pelicans would combine for 328 wins and 0 losses.

But hey, the numbers are the numbers! It's gonna be a wild year.

Yes last year the Celtics were 2-2 on the way to 16-2 with a 16 game win streak.  Anyone think the C's will win 14 in a row to match last years great start...don't think so.

After the dismal display in the preseason and the 2-2 start this year, my prediction of 11-7 for the first 18 games this season may be too optimistic.  OKC on the road and the C's could be 2-3.

The C's don't look good so far.  It will take awhile for Hayward and Kyrie to get going; the question is how long will it take?   In the meantime, Tatum, Brown, Horford, Rozier et al need to be playing better than they have been so far.

Celtics should win at least 50 games this year but Toronto looks great so far, don't want to let them get to far ahead in the Division.  I realize Toronto had the best record last year and they didn't make the East finals, but they look better with Leonard.

We did the whole "guess how many wins" thread last month didn't we? I think I said 60.

I thought I was the one with crazy hot takes lol.

They can't be THAT bad with all that talent, but it'll be problematic if their chemistry isn't fixed.

Toronto is going to win the division.
Very possible. They won it last year because they had continuity and health to their stars. This year, if they remain healthy, their clearly defined roles will definitely help them.

Didn't mean anything come playoffs ;)
