Kyrie is locked in for 25 pts
Gordon is locked in for 20 pts
Tatum had 13 in the regular season, 19 in the playoffs. I expect playoff Tatum.
Jaylen had 14 in the regular season, 18 in the playoffs. I expect playoff Jaylen

The last two might seem unlikely, but their youth gives me optimism that this could happen. If so, it would be absolutely historic. I don't recall a time when a team's had 4 players average 20ppg. Even if we get 18ppg from each of the four, it would be ridiculous. Has this ever happened in history?

They're not "locked in" to anything. If everyone stays relatively healthy, I doubt anyone but Kyrie scores over 20. CBS limits everyone's minutes to about 30, which will make it almost impossible for more than 1 or 2 to get 20 a night.

4 getting 15+ is very possible, though.

Think about how many points per game would be the ceiling for the entire team... 110?  Having four 20ppg scorers (and Kyrie at 25) would mean the rest of the roster is averaging only 25ppg combined.  That's Horford, Smart, Rozier, Morris, Baynes, etc. all combining for only 25ppg total.  Basically, I think it's highly likely to impossible that Jaylen, Jayson, and Hayward will not have enough volume attempts to reach 20ppg.  Unless there are injuries, so I hope to God that they do not all average 20ppg via that scenario.
2020 CelticsStrong All-2000s Draft -- Utah Jazz

Finals Starters:  Jason Kidd - Reggie Miller - PJ Tucker - Al Horford - Shaq
Bench:  Rajon Rondo - Trae Young - Marcus Smart - Jaylen Brown -  Peja Stojakovic - Jamal Mashburn - Carlos Boozer - Tristan Thompson - Mehmet Okur

No, Jaylen is too streaky and Tatum won't have the opportunity.

Horford is locked in for 14
Rozier is locked in for 12
Smart is locked in for 10
Theis is locked in for 8
Nader is locked in for 0.6

Makes sense that this Celtics team will average over 120ppg this season
