This year we challenged them without Hayward... next year we have him back and one year more of experience of Tatum and brown... if you want a championship you must beat the best... what a challenge for the kids to play at finals against the best... let brad do his stuff.. stay healthy.. do not underestimate anyone... reach the finals.. and then we will see their will...

Combined All-NBA selections since 2014-15:

Warriors' eventual starting five (Steph/Klay/KD/Dray/Boogie): 13

All current Eastern Conference players: 11

It’s not fear, it’s disgust at the lose of parity.

Houston had the MVP this year, how’d that work out?

OKC had the MVP the year before, how’d that work out?

Derozan made second team and Curry third. Who in their right mind would take Derozan over Curry?

Celtics had 0 All-NBA players this past season. Bucks and Sixers had one each. I guess that made them better. Oh wait...

Accolades are fun and all, but is Dwayne Casey really the best coach?

Houston had the MVP this year, how’d that work out?

Houston was on the verge of knocking off the Warriors until the Paul injury, so it seems that it worked out quite well.

The idea that talented and honored players don't matter in basketball is contrary to reality.

The idea that accolades define success is also contrary to reality.
The awards that matter:
Titles
Finals MVP

Anything else is noise

Hey that's fine... remember, 9 out of 10 people thought Lakers will sweep the Celtics in the nba finales 2008.
Brad knows how to beat GSW, he has proven that every year.
I don't think we'll be favorite, but we have our chances.
The signing of Cousins make them worse actually. He's not a good fit at all and he's not a good team defense guy.

edit : picture in your head Cousins closing out on Horford middle 3s... lol

  • STAND FIRM, SAY NO TO VIBE MEN
Makes it all the more sweeter when we beat them in the finals. Imo we still match up very well against GSW.

  • GOT IT!!!
Never been afraid of GS. They are rightfully the favorites but the C’s have always matched up well with them. Who knows how good Cousins looks? How much motivation will they have? Will they be exhausted playing that deep for 5 straight years? Eventually everything comes to an end. I think it’s closer to ending than people think.

I think that's wishful thinking.... Cousins in any condition is an upgrade over mgee.

I am looking forward to meeting them in the final. I want to win the trophy not have it handed over...

You say this as if the Warriors accolades haven't coincided with an insane amount of success

It’s not fear. It’s disgust. The Warriors were already the favorites for the title and they reloaded. Smh! That said, I don’t think Boogie will be much of a factor this year, particularly due to injury. He’s a hell of an upgrade though vs Javale!

For the record, I still think Boston stands a good chance at winning it all next year. And if the Lakers reload properly (offseason isn’t done!), there’s a chance we can see Lebron in the finals. (Playoff) Rondo-Kawhi-Lebron is a potent trio.
