That is one FUGLY woman.  Plus from the looks of her, she likely a "tweaker".  No wonder KG had a "falling out" with her per the article.

Yep, all signs of drug abuse. Feel bad for her though. KG apparently tried to salvage and intervene, but she resisted. Vehemently and aggressively.

That was my first thought. There has to be drugs or something (mental illness?) going on because KG would absolutely help out his own sister, right?
