Kyrie is the perfect mentor.
Rozier with his length and athleticism,motor and competitive drive is the perfect backup for Kyrie.
Competing daily with Kyrie learning how to use timing, off wrong foot moves ,improving his floater and playing beneath the rim.Dunking on Lebron as makeup for being blocked-more like being aware of who was coming and countering that,being a step ahead upstairs.
Why leave to become a incomplete point guard that will have a lower ceiling.
Rozier has relied on athleticism and burst but Kyrie is the true prodigy ,i believe Rozier has the tools,drive,defense but can learn much more in Boston surrounded with Tatum and Brown.
If Rozier leaves he will not reach the potential of playing with Kyrie and Gordon under Brad Stevens.
There is so much to being a true point guard he is only 23.

In the back of his mind, I believe Rozier knows he may not be quite good enough to get a starting PG job, at least just yet.  For certain, he is aware that the C's still have him on a rookie contract and have no motivation to move him.  He stated plainly that Kyrie is our starting PG.

If I were an agent worth my overpriced sports car, I wouldn't allow my players to voice their concerns without prepping them for the media first. Too much $ to lose for young guys to say stupid stuff.

well, if he looks at his game tape from game 7 I think he will realize that....

he is a prototypical roleplayer right now where one night he can go off for 27(game 6) and the next kill you by throwing up bricks. Consistency is what separates the role-player guys from the stars.
