Pretty amazing game so far.  Tatum is my favorite rookie ever.

I agree- I have not been this pumped about a rookie since Bird followed closely by Pierce
i wasn’t alive for bird’s rookie season.  Pierce was outstanding as a rookie. I think Tatum has a higher ceiling than pierce did.  Kid is amazing.
Tatum looks amazing

The 80’s Celtics were some of the best team basketball I have ever witnessed

yup. best frontcourt in NBA history

Great pass and then the finish by JB.

BUT, he came up "lame" and couldn't get any lift with the celebratory high 5.  His hammy is clearly bothering him.

I think Brown has to sit out. Every time he jumps he comes back down hobbled.
not good.

Morris improved his outing in about two minutes...thank God.

He's done that in our last few games.  Struggles for most of the game and then randomly takes over for a two-minute stretch where he's the best player on the court.

I'd like a little bit more consistency from him, but at least it's something.

Wow, Jaylen clearly struggling..

I think he’s limping just to be safe on it. You can’t jump like that if you’re not ready to play.

He's looked the same after elevating throughout the whole game.

I think so too. The springs are a little tight.

Still getting killed in rebounds but the FG and 3PT % are close.

Who gets/got more "lift" on their jumper - Aron Baynes or Bill Laimbeer? ;D

Baynes.

They both got Sully beat.

Baynes.

Idk, man, it's pretty close, lol ;D.

Unrelated - I never thought I'd say this, but what a great pass by Morris, lol ;D.

Just signed in.  Can't wait to read the 40-something pages of replies--at least the ones since our 21-point deficit.   ::)

Even if the worst happens and Jaylen has to sit out for the rest of the series....he's proving he's a true Celtic by coming out here, playing through pain, and playing with heart.

Are you suggesting that Jaylen and the trainers know more than people posting on CB? BullEdited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline..
