TP. Yep, it really has.
And think about it. Back in the summers of 2013 and 2014, all of us (myself included) were CELEBRATING when we even scheduled meetings with the likes of Jordan Hill and Kent Bazemore
We did add Evan Turner, but at the time it was just looked at as a low risk, high reward type of move and wasn't really a "fireworks" move either (though he was real solid for us in his time here).
Then next few years, we drafted with Top-5 picks (Jaylen, Tatum) and added Horford, Hayward, and almost Durant (welp). Also were in NUMEROUS trade talks (which were and have been exciting). But those summers were a lot more fun than in 2013 and 2014, though we still added Smart in the 2013 draft with pick #6.
But yes, the roster really has come a long way. Kudos to Danny! And frankly, there aren't many moves Danny has made that you'd regret either. Maybe some players not panning out (Sullinger, James Young), but for the most part he's made all the right moves including AVOIDING some moves (like making premature blockbuster trades at the deadline in *hopes* of challenging CLE, trading Brown + prospects for Jimmy Buckets, giving up value for rental George, etc.).
