What if in an alternate universe it was Kyrie that had gotten hurt and was out for the entire season rather than Hayward? Would this team looked as good as it has this season? Smart would of probably been the starting PG, Tatum would of either came off the bench or been the starting PF. Would are defense possibly been better? Would Hayward be able to fill Kyrie's shoes offensively? Would this team be worse off, better off, or about the same?

We wouldn't see the far blooming productions of Tatum and Brown. So maybe slightly a little bad but still playoff-caliber.

I don't know about that position.  Hayward, Horford, and Smart would be running the offense.  Brown and Tatum would be benefiting because they don't have Kyrie to create isolation, which would force them into a more synergistic offensive scheme.  Brown and Tatum would be asked to share in the playmaking. As a whole, I think the team is stronger defensively with Smart starting.
