Of the tanking teams honestly i'm fine with anyone other than the Grizz or Kings.
We're likely getting both of their picks next season so I'd prefer they stay awful.
The Memphis pick is top 8 protected for 2019, top 6 protected for 2020 and unprotected after that.  So, I wouldn't say we are likely getting their pick.  But, it's hard to say what to root for in regards to Memphis.  If they get the top pick that will likely push them all in for a rebuild.  Yet, it probably won't make them better than bottom 8 next year.  That said, I think I'd prefer for Memphis to not win the lottery and get a 6-7 pick.  No need making them too good.  I don't want that pick until 2020 - and at that point I want it to be a top 5 pick.

Us always, every other team can burn.  Now that is not going to happen this year.

And if Celtics did luck into a pick between 2 and 5, then Sacramento is also harmless at #1.
The only real possibilities are 2-3.  The 4th and 5th picks off the table.
