Am I the only one who is sick of the bickering between these two?

It really is tiresome.

I've noticed some tension between them lately but was unaware of what the issue was.  Definitely sensed it though.

I keep hoping someone gives Scalabrine a coaching job somewhere.

Tonight they were arguing about whether or not Memphis should have traded Evans.

Scal seemed to think Memphis was correct not trading Evans because they wanted to resign him next year. and Mannix correctly noted that they would only have the mid-level exception available because they're over the cap and dont have his bird rights.

So Scal really had no idea of what he was talking about, as Memphis could use their MLE whether or not they already have Evans. And, as Mannix noted, they'll probably get outbid anyways.

Second that
I generally like scal as a tommy someday replacement  :-X but he's been rambling on, seemingly trying to make things flashier and now bickering with mannix.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
This seems overstated. I watch all Celtics games - including the one last night - and just because two guys have slightly differing opinions doesn't mean they are bickering. Honestly this is the first I've heard of it.

I really thought the OP was referring to segment where Mannix got a lot of info from the coaching staff during a break and Scal said he barely gets anybody to talk to him. To which Mannix replied that Scal was too busy coaching them. Although, I suppose this is just adding fuel to the fire

Anyway, until we hear about a real feud, I will continue to enjoy the game cast. Seriously, who do people want over Scal anyway? Do you remember the Donny Marshall days? Bill Walton is awesome, but he is getting older himself. Scal is great imo!

I almost don't hear them as I am focused on the game.

Funny hearing Scal talk about how great it is being a mid level guy. I wonder if he still mows Danny's lawn for that 5 year deal he got back in the day.

I saw her covering the Olympics in Korea for NBC.  Must be jet lag.
