I can't imagine he's anywhere near game shape.  If he was to return, it'd probably be next season at the earliest.

not really. Doctors would pass him showing there was no negligence. The contract and CBA most likely indemnifies the owners.  Also insurance exists.

Does he want to play, or does he want to ride the bench just to get another ring?

He would be a key part on a team like the Celtics. Not so much on GSWs or Houston.

Would love Bosh on this team. He’d be great off the bench for us.

I say give him an opportunity, so long as he can be medically cleared to play. It’s his body; who are we to tell him what do with it?
