Hopefully he's learned to shut the hell up and play basketball

I hope not. Hope he encourages a circus in LA.  My guess is that since he will now once again be the veteran leader of the team, he'll react well to the role and perform (if he's healthy) well offensively.  Lakers defense has been abysmal and IT will fit right in.   My hope is for many, many losses.

He (his agent) is already saying he'd better start or get bought out.  Since I don't think they plan to play Lonzo at the 2 things are already off to a terrific start.

Assuming he's bought out. Which teams would be interested in a ball dominant scoring PG with no defense?
I moved the cheese.

I hope LA buys him out.   I want to root for IT.    :'(

Buying him out would be awesome.  Imagine if he re-signed with the Celtics to be a sixth man off the bench instead of trading for Tyreke.  If that were to happen, I'll dance in the streets.

IT4 won't accept such role especially with what happened the past 2 seasons

If the Celts bring him back, he might have an emotional breakdown also

its better the two parties stay separate moving fwd

I would bring him back.   Let him find his groove again.  Can't think of a better team for him to find his game again and re-establish his value.

yes but you don't think there will be tension between him and Kyrie?

What happens when IT4 is benched in the 4th for Brown and Irving backcourt?

Can he take it?

Why?
Because he is overemotional and immature. He was a star here. Then we traded him which kicked off a miserable series of events. He's definitely still p---ed about that. Then if he comes back he'd want to prove he still deserves that love and that role, but he can't have it back because it's Kyrie's now.

That would p--- him off and when IT's p---ed off he creates drama.
