With as much attention as Lebron commands, I don't mind this too much.

If he stays at half-court, his defender is outside the 3-point line, which opens the court up for Thomas to work.

I'm not a big fan of that style of offense, and James' body language is bad on those plays, but its not as dramatic as the OP makes it seem.

No its Pau Gasol fault!
Kobe did everything he could, Pau "the powerless forward" Gasol is guilty.

Whenever an idol is facing justified criticism, always blame it on the well mannered introverted tall white guy.

BTW, Toni Kukoč is guilty - he was too unselfish!

LBJ needs to check his ego if they're going to have a chance to make the Finals again.  I think he will because of his desire to win, but if not, they'll seriously struggle.  He may already be looking ahead to FA with another highly likely GSW title in the wings.

It's hilarious seeing even Windhorst look desperate right now.

He's practically begging CLE to make some trade..

Yup, he is running out of text, while he still needs to appear on the air and speak on Lebrons behalf

On a radio show he said Cavaliers are "ramping up" efforts on Kemba, but so far that's been shut down  :P

(That's not to say they aren't trying and that it won't happen, but at least for the moment it doesn't seem like there's a deal close despite Windhorst's sense of urgency)

IT has been struggling with his offense and Lebron's response is to... make him play 4-on-5? He might have to come up with a new strategy for helping his struggling teammates.

BTW, this isn't just Lebron hate. I think Lebron is still the best basketball player in the NBA and one of the 6 best of all time but he is not responding great to the team's struggles this season.

Vid 1: That was kinda a fast break or quick drive to the paint. A didn't see IT running an offense as it was IT quickly making a decision to take it inside. Lebron hanging back makes sense to stop a fast break as all 4 Cavs were under the basket.

Vid 2: Just a vid of a miscommunication, not on the mark pass. Lebron gives that look to everyone on those types of plays because he never sees it as his fault. Don't see any more or less Lebron hate there.

Vid 3: It was an end of quarter play. You spread everyone to four corners to open the middle on a drive for a kayup or kick out. Lebron was exactly where he was supposed to be. That's a designed play.

It is never ideal to have 1 super star and 1 all star who need the ball in their hands to make things happen. I do not feel that they either of those players can adapt to the other one. IT will not become a catch and shoot player and neither or should Lebron.

IT would not have been a good fit alongside Magic Johnson or any other dominating player who needs the ball in their hands to make magic happen. as well. He needs to run the offense through him and Lebron is much better at doing that as he is one of the best players ever. Lebron should never defer the offense to IT.

IT simply has an over-inflated view of his worth.

He has one good year, and he anoints himself a megastar waiting for an imaginary Brinks truck to magically appear.

I imagine by now that entire Cavs team wants Mighty Mouth gone.

Around the 5 min mark Windhorst talks about Lebron/IT playing together and he mentions how removed Lebron is when IT is on the floor. He basically implies that Lebron doesn’t like playing with him and his attitude shows and says that Lebron could be a little more professional and fight through those feelings. WHOA, what the heck is really going on in that locker room.

He averaged roughly 25/6 over almost 200 games with us. I think it's safe to say he's deserving of some more respect than saying he had "one good year". I agree that he may have an over-inflated view of his own worth, but let's be honest here

I do feel for IT.  That said I'd really like to see a Celtics Cavs playoff matchup so we can be the ones to end the LeBron era in Cleveland. With any luck the cliniching game will be in the Garden so LeBron can get the send off he deserves.

Vid 1, I can see your point, but as I mentioned before, I think Lebron can still be a transition D stopper without being *that* far back.  What he did was giving up on the possession.  A player should keep himself in position to be in play for an offensive rebound tipout in that situation while not allowing any offensive players beyond him.

Vid 2 I'm with you on.  Nothing to see here.

Vid 3 I completely disagree.  Yes, you spread everyone out, but not to the literal corner of the halfcourt, 45 feet away from the hoop.  You're not a threat from that spot for a kickout.  You've gotta be within 10 feet of the 3 point line to be a legitimate kickout option.  Even if LBJ had range out to half court, a player can't drive to the hoop and make a kickout pass that far and in that opposite direction their momentum is taking them.  Rewatch that and imagine an actual kickout pass being made to that spot off of a drive.
