Here is a fun trade that will get me flamed perhaps! 😁

This is based on assumption Lebron agrees to stay for 4 more years - works in trade machine😂😂

Boston- Lebron James-will resign, kuzma
Lakers- Kyrie, Yab, lakers pick/kings pick back
Cavs- Tatum, Ingram, lopez, memphis pick

Must  be the wine...Would you do this trade? All in with Lebron, Hayeard, Horford, Brown and Rozier as pg.....Cavs reboot and get tatum and ingram, sal dump and memphis pick..lakers get superstar in Kyrie and top pick this or next year....

😁I might actually not do this as I love Tatum amd Kyrie but we might win a few titles with our new starting lineup...haha!!

I don't want LeBron.

I want to beat LeBron.

If you are Portland and Cleveland offers you IT, Kevin Love, Shumpert, Frye, and Brooklyn 2018 for Damian Lillard, Evan Turner, Nurkic and Portland 2018 do you say no?

Portland seems completely locked in cap hell and mediocrity. Love and IT seem like a much better fit in the Pacific North West. Lillard gives Lebron a player that would at least consider staying in Cleveland.

Both teams essentially get what they want. Portland gets solid assets in the pick and Love, get to shed Turners terrible contract, and can rehab IT properly in an environment where championship contention is not on the line.

Nurkic will give Cleveland some size replacement for Love, and he can likely re-sign with Portland next season if he wanted to.

Lilliard is a fantastic player, but this really doesn't help CLE as much as you'd probably think.

If LeFlop would publicly announce his intentions to stay and retire a Cav .   Im sure gront office wuld go all out , use the pick .

LeFlop is holding them hostage basically .

Yeah, this is basically it.  If the cavs knew lebron was staying they would probably ship that pick out for a Deandre jordan to strengthen the team. But they dont want to be left with no future if/when lebron leaves.

and with each loss, the likelihood of lebron leaving is becoming stronger and stronger. This team is in worse shape now than Miami was when Lebron jumped ship.

A poll on one of the Cleveland forums has 92% of fans voting to trade IT by the deadline.

LOL dang. Feel bad for Isaiah. He doesn't deserve this.

I mean didn't he just get back from injury too?? And while he may not be the solution on defense, lets be honest, that team is just not constructed well. Even Crowder has no role there.

Why not? He absolutely does. He talked quite a bit about brinks trucks and superstar money, and doesn’t that put a target on your back? Not to mention he’s been divisive in that locker room as well.

I agree.  He's been on my Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. list ever since he started that Brink's truck BS.

If Lebron was staying it seems to make sense to just say look nothing etched in stone as thing change but I'm not planning on leaving so lets build a winner.

His silence on this is deafening. If I was Cleveland I'd rid out this season and let the fans enjoy their last season with Lebron but with the knowledge we need to give them hope in the future.

I'd stand pat at the deadline if I was Cleveland and let Lebron figure this out.
ok fine

Since LeBron is silent, I would trade off all the players I could for younger guys and trade LeBron to the Lakers.  Get something before you get nothing. Start young and collect as many players and picks that you can.

if I were the cavs i'd trade LeBron, he's pretty much holding the franchise hostage.

there's no realistic group of players available that improves them this season to compete with GS, it would have to be a surprise player or 2 that comes outta no where... and I don't see that happening.

so if they do trade whatever assets they have that improves their team slightly and they lose to GS and LeBron still walks, what are they left with? a bunch of players that Lebron wanted that collectively without him aren't winning anything either.

the best thing for them to do is trade him and make him someone else's problem. 'would not be surprised if he's playing for Houston next week.

Lebron for Kuzma, Randle, Clarkson, Zubac, and draft picks and salary filler. Do it Cleveland!

Just what picks could LA throw at Cleveland to get LeBron?

They don't need great picks, Lebron can force a trade to wherever he wants at this point. He just has to say he won't re-sign anywhere else.

That Nets pick won't be top 5 so value has drop a little

You cannot say that definitively.  It could become the #1 pick.  Trading an asset that has the (albeit small) chance to deliver that type of value is very risky.  Just look at how Ainge played it.

I think Cleveland would be dumb to trade it, honestly, because it is clear that they will let IT walk.

And even so, why would LAL trade for Lebron IF they can simply sign him in FA??

Honestly, I think it's looking less likely Lebron leaves for LAL. More like Houston, or even Philadelphia.
