Still don't miss Smart. Curry is the greatest 3-point shooter of all time, if he's on he's on. Nobody on earth is gonna stop that.

I'll try one of the very best defenders in the league over not near that.

Of course you, won't. Curry never had a shooting clinic everytime Smart is on with him.

Bradley was key too.  Between Bradley and Smart the combination of physicality and speed  gave Curry much more resistance than what our current guards can offer.

This is just crazy talk, especially after what Smart has done on these types of offensive superstars in his career (remember Harden earlier this season?).

Sure, but I'm still not convinced. Rozier is no slouch on defense. It's easy to say "No Smart = Curry lighting it up", but are we forgetting what Curry does to defensive superstars too?

Well, this is manageable, but Kyrie is probably going to have to continue his monster game to take this home.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Smart is a lot better than Rozier on defense.  Smart is one of the best defenders in the league at the guard spot.  Terry Rozier isn't near that.

I know some can't believe it, but he also can pass and would help us there a lot.  He also has had some good shooting games lately.  He is missed.

Shane Larkin is a third string

It would be nice for the Celts to trade for a good backup PG

An overlooked component of Smart is how vocal he is on defense. He constantly calls out when to switch, when to stay home, etc. There have been plays where GSW capitalized on lapses that I think wouldn’t have happened with Smart out on the floor. The difference might be 6 points (or 2 less 3 pointers) and that’s big in a tight game.

We have one, but he's been in Boston after punching a picture frame

Sadly, tonight he is better than Rozier.

Celtics NEED to start off well this quarter.

They haven't done that the last two quarters.
