If I suddenly found myself coach of the Magic my singular first action would be to tell Elfrid "You cut or fix that hair in the next 24 hours or you will be suspended from all team activities until I trade you to some place with a ton of snow for pennies on the dollar....and not somewhere cool like Philly, NYC, Boston, or Chicago.  Think Milwaukee, Indianapolis, Minnesota....stuff like that"

I feel like the C's need to get Horford involved more earlier in games. I feel like he has sort of been phased out lately. Anyone else feel that way too?
