If Ainge doesn't plan on keeping Smart long term, how about Smart, Larkin, and Nader to Detroit for Ish Smith and Reggie Bullock?

Larkin is a younger version of Ish Smith. Reggie Bullock is an older Smart who shoots nearly as poorly.

I wouldn't mind Larkin and Nader plus some future lower value pick for Smith and Bullock but I don't see how you can give up Marcus Smart in this.
