We werent as good as we appeared during the win streak and we arent as bad as we appear now.

This team should win ~57 games this year and given the context of Hayward's injury, that would be a huge success and would give us a very good chance at the 1 or 2 seed and a trip to the ECF.

Lack of effort, lazy basketball, not moving the ball.

I have to say, the OP makesba heck of a more convincing argument than this post does.

I’m not making an argument, I’m stating an opinion.

The lack of ball movement should be evident to anybody. Brad has mentioned it several times.

They need to review film and see their shortcomings on the offensive end.

Problem is their schedule is so brutal they cant even do a proper film review.
Id say the problem right now is lack of offensive contributions from the regulars like Rozier, Theis and even Al who cant seem to crack 10 points easily.
In these instances it would be great if Kyrue scores 45 since 30plus isnt seem to be enough.

Not saying that you are totally off base, but the OP listed a variety of reasons as to why the things in your post may be occurring.

Despite these last few games, I am still impressed with whatvthis team is doing.

I really think the offense is stalling out because of it is one of the simplest offenses in the league to defend, and therefore one of the easiest.

I fully expect that as the schedule gets less busy, we will add new wrinkles that make our guys more difficult to defend.

I also think that increasing the pace could help loosen up our offense a bit.

Tatum needs to shoot more.
We need to sign a scorer off the bench at the break.

for the moment, the problem is
1. missing Morris, and
2. being tired (related to youth and Morris missing time)

Has Bird struggled to show more than shooting?  Wondering why he's not getting a few minutes with such a nice shot.  I guess he's not ready...just curious why (what's he missing)

Effort, just effort and some inertness by Brad on the bench. Our deff.rating fell off way too much.
