Smart took shots that were more within the range he's best at --> 18 feet and in.

Rozier just seems to have had a good night.  more aggressive/assertive in what he did.  may have played a part in his improved shooting.

Before the game, Horford told Smart to relax...that every player goes through shooting slumps...it worked, Smart played less stressed-and the shots went down.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

At ESPN DRPM for PG in the NBA

#1 Ben Simmons -- 1.71
#2 Marcus Smart -- 1.23
#3 Mario Chalm.  -- 1.08
Dunn
Livingston
Westbrook
Ball
Murray
Irving
Vanvleet
Rozier
Harris
Ferrel
Curry
Another 20 or so rounds it out.

This is a defensive stat.

I don't do stats, but, please, there is this endless need to justify the existence of Smart and Rozier as we live in a world of "points".

While I am fully behind the notion that Smart and Rozier are extremely valuable for their defense, the DRPM stat is a joke and should be ignored.  Even more so with just a quarter of a season of data.
NBA Officiating - Corrupt?  Incompetent?  Which is worse?  Does it matter?  It sucks.
