I watched Nader plenty in college. I still don't know how he made a NBA roster much less this one. That's all I'll say about that.
Ok, I will take the sword for Nader. I watched pretty much every game his last two years at ISU. He is a good player, he isn't a ball hog like his critics say he is here. He is a streaky shooter, but sometimes he can be unstoppable. He has a knack for getting to the rim and in certain instances might be a spark off the bench for us.
A problem with a lot of bench guys though is that when they go through 8-10 games of DNP's they get out of sync like anyone would. It is not like there has been multiple days of practice for everyone. He needs minutes just like every young player to get better.
I am not going to lie and say nothing is his fault, but he hasn't slept with anyone's mom, he didn't rape someone, he didn't shoot someone. He may not be anyone's fav player, but we can at least root for him. he didn't go 1-7 shooting 0-5 from 3 in the first half.
