Whats crazy is the team down the stretch out side of Horford all were under the age of 23, one rookie and a second year player. All did their job and played like seasoned vets.

Thats dang good drafting and coaching

Real credit to Horford here. Not sure why, but he seems like a whole different player than last year. Like, a really good one. From role player to fringe allstar.

Im so glade KO is gone

Reading the Heat forum is a hoot......i feel their pain....but i an't sorry for them....  They are mad as heck .....KO plays no interior defense and avoids rebounding....... Ah Duuuah .......Did SPO and Pat not read the Boston threads on sissy Olynyk and his soft game before paying the patsy 50mill

Lol

“We need to play Whiteside more when he is not in foul trouble, & less Olynyk. Sorry to say it but he is a rebounding liability, & does not protect the paint at all. We miss Willie there.

I think Spo should play Bam a little more.”

We decided to pay every mediocre player that had a decent couple decent weeks in a row. The talent just isn't there.

We pretty much are what we are, they'll have good and bad stretches all year. Once you have to rely on "grit", you'll be in for some long nights a lot”

“Speaking of Kelly, kinda weird we spent $10m per on a backup Center. He seems kind of redundant with Whiteside on this roster. Would honestly prefer we dealt Hassan for a true PF or SF, and then started Bam with Kelly as backup 5.”

I'm very surprise by this team...I knew they be good but I didn't think they be 12-2 good!!!
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

If we are still no.1 in the east by allstar time, Horford will be a sure fire all star.

There’s no fringe. To me, he’s a clear-cut All-Star this year.

The upgrade from KO and Amir to Theis and Baynes is insane. It's what we were missing all along

Yeah, outside of Kristaps it's hard to name East bigs who have been better than him

He did not always here as well.   Smart player but lacking the athletic ability to play D sometimes.

Yeah, he is playing inspired ball on both ends of the court. He should be in the discussion for Defensive Player of the Year all while averaging 15/9/5 on and shooting 53/47/82. That's definitely All Star worthy.
