It is too early to crown the Thomas and Tatum trades.

They both look as good as you could hope they could 11 games into the season, but its just too early.

Nets deal, hiring Brad Stevens and the KG deal are his three best moves.

If we are just talking unexpected moves or moves that were initially hated on, I would swap out the KG trade for the Ray Allen trade.

Buying a pick for cash to take Rondo at 21.  Seems genius.

Have to give credit for having the stones to trade IT, Jae, and pick at all. Kyrie clearly worth it.

Those trades for Ray Allen and KG have to be the best summer moves, but this past season - nearly turning over the whole roster - might actually be a close 2nd. Too bad we have to wait a year to see Hayward.

I am just not sure that the KG trade qualifies as an 'out of the box' move. Wont any GM have made that trade at that  time. KG was a superstar, no?
