There will inevitably be losing streaks this season. But the way the first 24 hours of the season went, you could easily see this team skidding before picking up the pieces. Those guys have a lot to be proud of.

Stevens coached a team whose best player was experiencing personal tragedy and is now coaching another team whose star suffered a devastating injury minutes into the season. He’s a great leader

Congrats to them and WELL-DESERVED.

Kyrie is displaying MVP-Pedigree. He is showing what he can do with a competitive team around him.

THIs team is an absolute joy to watch! Of course, the winning has helped. But the defense has been great. And when the offense comes together, it’s been great too. Is this team better than last year? Even without Gordon Hayward, I would say so.

Pretty cool.  Kyrie is much better than I thought.  Now imagine our late-game offense running through Hayward (rather than Smart) with Kyrie at the 2, and Horford spacing the floor... that is a dangerous attack.  And Jaylen, Tatum have been ridiculous at their age.

I'm very impressed.  I am so happy we have Al Horford.  One of my favorite players, no doubt.

Kyrie is winning me over with his cool and calm execution down the stretch.  I just believe it's going in when he drives and lays it up.

It's different than with IT -- it was always hard to believe what IT was doing.  With Kyrie it feels like it should work out; it feels like he believes it should work out.


This level of success surely won't last, but this run in the wake of what happened with Hayward is really heartening.  Tatum looks like a really good top 3 pick and Jaylen is turning out as well.

Really glad that they're playing so well after how everything began.

Is now everybody clear about Irving-Thomas switch? I think it's more than clear we have the better one. Kyrie is a natural-killer. He's invisible, and then he rips you off in 2 minutes. Great move Danny! Thx a lot.
