We need to be picking up a Lou Williams or a Tyreke Evans if we can fetch them for a decent price. This Cavs team is not coming out of the East this season, and we’ve got to be considered the favorites at this point.

And hey, who knows? GS having to go through both Houston and a healthy Spurs team could weaken them just enough to give us a shot, or, hell, Gordy could even come back healthy and make us a legitimate threat to beat the Warriors. This is especially true given the injury history of that GS team.

If you’re trading “pieces” for Evans, you’ll have created the roster spot and don’t need to cut Nader.  (I know, you probably just want to get rid of him).

No by pieces I meant maybe some future picks (2nd rounders). Cutting Nader opens up the extra spot. Right now they have only one spot remaining in the roster, right? Evans takes one of them, and you can create another for a buyout signing like Chandler/Monroe?

Or am I overcomplicating all of this...

He probably has Stockholm syndrome as this point.  I suspect he's too mentally broken to even desire a trade.

I wouldn't be shocked if he has lost some motivation, to be honest.  Lol @ 'Stockholm syndrome.'  TP, tar.

I actually do feel pretty bad for Love. He seems like a nice guy who's just a bit quiet and always catches the crap from that team.

It'd be funny to see him demand a trade, but I just don't see that in his character.

I really don't see how Hill helps either. He legitimately is one of the worst defenders in the league statistically - 3rd worst defensive rating I believe. Now, some of that is due to Sacramento's terrible team D, but Cleveland is legitimately just as bad defensively, so not sure how he would help.
