Behind Steph Curry. That's it. Wall is more complete, but I wouldn't trade Irving for him. Kyrie brings the hardest skill to find, a closer of games.

Westbrook is a stat stuffer that doesn't know how to win the big games. Chris Paul is just about done.

Lillard is very good, advantage Irving though, he's an NBA Champion and already proved he can win it on the big stage. Lillard is also 27 already and Curry is 29! Isn't that Crazy. Irving is so young!

Harden, Westbrook, Curry and Paul, regardless of age or ability to close are all better PGs than Irving. Irving is in the next tier of PGs with Lillard, Wall, and a healthy IT.

Now given age, Irving, if he gets better(decent size if) with Wall could make the top tier as Paul and Curry get older, but that's not next year or probably not even the year after.

Just my opinion

I also heard that Kris Dunn would be the best PG on the team if we drafted him
I'm bitter.

I like Kyrie and I am very excited to see if he can improve his game under Stevens. I think he has the tools to be a good defender, hopefully we will see that under Brad's guidance. As far as saying who is the best point guard, who knows, it is all subjective. With the injury to IT and then the trade, I am pretty amazed we ended up with Kyrie! Should be a fun season!

Chris Paul went for 18-9-5 on 47% shooting and had the second highest RPM in the league.  If that is about done, might as well put Horford in a body bag.

That's got to be the most ridiculous take I've ever seen from an NBA "expert." Now, I'm not a Chad Ford guy, but that was low even for him.

Isn’t your post about who’s better now? Because whether or not you’d trade for someone doesn’t mean that they’re better right now. Obviously you wouldn’t trade Irivng for CP3. Paul has 1 year left on his deal and is 7 years older. But he’s better than Kyrie right now.
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

I disagree. Project this team in the Playoffs. First of all Paul never makes it out of the first round Healthy. Who would you rather take the final shot of a game 7,  Paul or Irving.

That’s a different question than who is better. The cavs clearly wanted Irving to take the final (or close to final) shot of the finals over Lebron, but do you think Kyrie is better than Lebron?

CP3 is an infinitely better passer, defender, and decision maker than Kyrie, and just a better overall and more balanced player.

People are taking the OP's post out of context. It clearly says "Best PG for the Celtics". Meaning, best fit for the team, not taking the overall level of talent as I don't think Kyrie will be successful enough playing on other team system.

I also heard that Kris Dunn would be the best PG on the team if we drafted him

Now this post is a total reach, even if it's meant to be a joke. No way in shape or form Dunn would fit with this system. Even Smart would look like Steph Curry next to him.

I would take Wall over Kyrie for the Celtics all day every day as of right now, hope that Kyrie improves.
