Are less skillful players more receptive to coaching?

If so, are we right to assume that Brad will have an easier job coaching the more skillful players we have now assembled?

For instance, will Kyrie be more prone to go ISO because he knows he can, than say a less skillful player who may because of his deficient ball handling will be more likely to swing the ball around in  Brad's motion offense?

Just throwing this out there as a topic of conversation. Brad may actually have a tougher job, the expectations will definitely be higher. I mean we have a GM that basically blew up a 53 win EC Champion. The coach had better produce a winning team. Right?
