Danny Ainge wants this team to win more than anyone.    He has to be a top 5 GM in our league.   He has made some hard decisions.   At the end of the day we are human, and we have a shot at winning!   STUD!

Took 2011  #60 pick .....scoop him up for peanuts ....made him a celtic star

then,

Traded him for 2011 # 1 pick  .......and got Cleveland to say thank you for giving us a guy with a bad hip .......thats a miracle.....pure and simple

look up his rank. DA is rated 3rd by some and 4th by others in the top GM rankings. pretty darn good.

tooka crap team who won 20 something games and won a TITLE the next year after grabbing RA and KG. then flipped KG and PP for a boatload of picks which have now helped us on our way to #18
