Sure no problem.

To add a low first rounder CLE has to allow top 5 protection (will settle for top 3) on the BKN pick and if not conveyed take the LAL pick when conveyed from PHI.

For each second rounder traded to CLE, one spot of protection on the BKN pick. One BOS second round pick = top 1 protection on BKN pick. Two second round picks = top 2 protection on BKN pick.  Hell give em five second rounders = top 5 protection.

BOS does not trade picks for nothing.
