I have been a big fan of coach Nick's analysis recently, and he is very positive about Kyrie's new situation. He believes that based on what we saw from IT, we could see a better version from Kyrie.

I personally can't wait to see the Horford/Kyrie pick and pop with Hayward flying around the wing.

It's a good watch. He seems very positive that Kyrie will fit very well here. Some takeaways:

- He thinks Kyrie will excel in Boston under Stevens' motion offense with much more overall movement;

- He think Kyrie will especially thrive with our high usage of handoffs from the top of the key and as an off-ball screener opening him up for slips to the three point line;

- He thinks Kyrie should average closer to 8 assists per game in a system with more ball movement that encourages Kyrie to get others more involved;

- He seems confident that Kyrie's defense will be better in Boston's environment that focuses on sound team defense.

Overall, he echoes a lot of the sentiments that many of us have expressed since the trade.

TP to jpotter33.

I anticipate a "Hardenesque" leap for Kyrie in this system under Brad.

He will be unleashed.

Haha my bad. It came out just like twenty minutes ago or so, so AFOS must've posted his post while I was writing mine.

I'm not very quick typing on my iPhone!  :P

thanks for the thread jp. and a valuable tp for your good work.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Pretty solid analysis.

Won't be popular with everyone here, but I am inclined to agree with Coach Nick.

I used to love Coach Nick, but I'm starting to find he cherrypicks clips a lot to make his points while not really considering whether that is representative of the whole player or not.  A lot of these clips in this video could be found of just about any point guard in the NBA and I'm not really sure shows that much. Maybe I'm being overly critical of his videos though.
