Taking a step back looking at this trade

I was at work when all this came down shaking my head like most people shocked and in disbelief. What does this trade do for this team? Makes this team better 5 years from now when IT is a shell of himself I love him don't get me wrong but he won't be in any game shape. Lebron will most likely be retired. Kyrie will be 30 still in his prime Hayward will be 32 Tatum and Brown still in mid 20s. He said he gambled said nets pick won't be as good as lakers.
