Anyone else feel like this is a done deal now? With IT's free agency next year, this seems inevitable at the moment.

both woj and shams are saying it's just small details needed to be worked out but its pretty much a done deal

Don't forget that we can add additional protections to any pick just like Philly did in the Fultz trade.  My guess is that is probably what's being ironed out.

What is there not to like about this deal.

Ainge isn't going to overpay. He loves his picks.

How does this weaken the Cavs? They basically get Crowder for free, who can thrive with wide open threes and take defensive pressure off LeBron, who can navigate the D without guarding the best player. Isaiah would be excellent next to LeBron, every bit as much as Kyrie was.

Not a fan of the trade as reported.  It wouldn't break my heart, but I'm not a fan of Kyrie's game and I think it's an overpay. 

Still, I won't weep at an Irving/Smart/Hayward/Morris/Horford lineup.

I do IT, Crowder, zizic and protected pick but not unprotected. Prefer memphis pick. I draw line at including Tatum or Brown. IT personifies Celtics heart and I would be sad to see him go. At same time Kyrie is a beast as well and hates Lebron and could be lethal with a real coach.Hmm...
