TMZ says they confirmed the intent to sell was only because of the amount of weed he had and there was no evidence he was actually going to sell any of it.

 This is the dumb part, it's like guys he's Zach Randolph, he's super rich, dude can probably smoke a pound with his boys over a weekend.
