Saltlover, where does that put us $ wise (assuming Yabu is signed)?
I'm bitter.

He certainly has the size and work ethic, lets see what he can do with it.  Promising so far but I can't seem to get an accurate gauge of him.

According to his calculations, we could stretch Jackson and sign Ojeleye to a similar deal that Nader got.  Or we could keep Jackson, but then they would have to waive Semi or convince him to sign a 2way deal.

This sends a very good message to other players joining the fringes of the organization, both through the late second and undrafted free agency.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

It's a safe bet they plan to keep Semi after what Brad said.

Audios, DJ. Best to you.

Saltlover, where does that put us $ wise (assuming Yabu is signed)?

I'm at work, but I assume they've used the remaining cap room to sign Nader.  This would mean one of a few things in terms of Semi:

1) Yabu will stay overseas
2) Semi will sign a two-year minimum salary deal and a training camp battle will determine who makes the roster between Semi, Jackson, and Theis (presumably those three would be at the end).
3) They waive and stretch Jackson and sign Semi to a deal similar to Nader's.
4) They trade Jackson and sign Semi to a deal that has a first year salary up to the amount of Jackson's salary this year ($1.38 million).
5) Semi signs a two-way contract (not excluding with number 2).
6) Semi will stay overseas or sign a Maine contract.

I personally think number 1 or 4 is the most plausible, followed by number 3.
