This is going to happen, so get used to the idea. Horford will be the team's Fourth best player, and Brown the Fifth. That's not even mentioning Crowder and Smart.

 Good days lie ahead.

I think long term the big 3 will be some form containing both Tatum and Brown, with either the future BKN or LAL pick next year or SAC in 2019.

But in the immediate term, your Big 3 is spot on especially that Horford only has 2 years before he opts out. This team as constructed can compete at a high level for the next 10-15 years easily based on how the team is developing.
Let's Go Celtics!!

Tatum has not proven himself yet.  I want him consistantly putting up 20 in a summer league before I even consider him a star. Also, It's only Summer League. Wait till he faces off against the big boys

Don't rush. He's playing against low competitors and taking many shots with the team playing a favourable system for his abilities.

Horford is about as effective as KG was circa 2012. The new big three is Isaiah, Hayward, Horford.

That says it for me. Lets see Tatum play against real NBA players before anointing him a star. He will probably be there some day. But maybe not this season.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

In one year if ownership is willing, there could be the New Big Three of Isaiah, Hayward, Horford plus a Big New Four of Brown, Tatum, Ayton, Porter plus Sixth Man Candidates in Smart or Crowder. Could have a Big Seven or Big Eight.

What's wrong with Horford?

Nothing is wrong with Horford, and if Boston has a "Big 3" he is most certainly part of it.

But what is apparent is that there are still some really ignorant fans here who just have zero clue about basketball, and thus are oblivious to what Horford brings to the game. Don't pay any attention to those people, they're fools.

. Really KG?

Horford is a really nice player, but he's not the third best player on a title team. Tatum will be a go to score on a title team. On the Celtics to be clear.

Horford will be the third best player for a little while longer,  Tatum is coming and coming fast for that honor.
