I am wondering which teams would have significant cap room next year to really give a max contract to IT and 20 million+ to Avery. With the increased cap room these past few years, all the free agent contracts have been inflated. But, I also see teams using up all their rooms by signing dumb contracts. I feel like, after this summer, many teams will be capped out for next year as well. And look at the 2018 free agent class below. Many teams will be angling to sign these guys so...Is IT and Avery really going to get the max/20 mil+ contracts that we would be hesitant to give out?
