Nader got me last year with his length a7-1 wingspan ,his shooting and ability to use either hand-that was a result of a skinny poor shooting Rj and james young with no right hand
So Nader took las vegas by surprise and got red shirted to claws and was rookie of year

This year i got Semi Ojeleye to pull for best athlete in draft an explosive 240 lb player that agility was 3rd, 40 inch vertical 5th highest and 8th in sprint and can shoot.I was ecstatic at jaylen pick  last year and didn't like Fultz with our guard depth. So was pleased with both tatum and semi and to see them at Hoop House together and both kill their workouts.

I am not a fan of Demetrios Jackson and i watched him in Maine so i'm rooting for Kadeem with his defensive identity and 6-9 wingspan.
I hope we use our experience and don't get drawn into helter skelter where nobody looks good.I know Jaylen wants to dominate but if its just Jaylen to foul line
,Nader played point forward most of red claws season and they jacked threes
.Last year i liked Nader took what was given
iHOPE THE GAME IS MAKE THE RIGHT BASKETBALL PLAY!!!!!

If Nader can reach the level of how Norman Powell plays currently, that would be a steal

I think they both have a good chance to make the Celtics active roster this year. I expect them to turn heads in summer league.

Agreed... The C's are currently setup to be incredibly top heavy, and are going to need a lot of low cost contracts to fill out the bottom 8-9 spots on the roster

Agree with Jackson. That guy is not good enough.

Would like to see Semi and Nadar get a chance over c and d tier free agent junk.

though not in the thread title, i would throw theis into this pool of affordable and potentially valuable bench players.

i think by including theis, ojeleye, and nader the celtics can put together a nice bench 8 through 12.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Zizic might end up starting. But even without Hayward..you could have a bench

Tatum
Brown
Rozier
Smart
KO
Nadar
Semi
Yabu (if they bring him over)
Theis

Yes...they would be extremely young off the bench and they would really need add a legit big to either start or come off the bench. But I would rather have this bench than the crap they had last year.

Those guys would be perfect for the 16th and 17th spots on the roster, the new "two-way" contracts.

No, I think they actually make the 'big club' along with Nader.  J. Bird and K. Allen are good for 16 and 17.

D. Jackson could be odd man out.  Just too short.

He's the only "true" point guard on the team other than Isaiah. Everyone else might be considered a combo. This is important since we don't know when Isaiah will be back. So, maybe he'll stick?

Possibly, however, how important is it to have a true point guard these days?  Stevens himself doesn't use the term.  The team has several guys who can bring the ball up, and some pretty good (not great) passers.  In fact, having great passing bigs may be more important in his system.

it would be really good to see Nadar make it and make even some small contribution to the team.  Of course being an Iowa State grad, i am extremely biased.
