He can't sign a 4 year deal because there is a rule that he'll be 38 at the end of the contract or something so now he is testing the market to see if he can get a deal elsewhere.

He's be a backup. There's a reason he's played 19 and 17 mpg the last two years. He's not starting material any more. He's a slightly better part time version of Amir Johnson.
