... And start Brown and Tatum.

Might as well.

Thoughts?
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Sign me up...or at least move Crowder to the 6th man spot.

You might as well trade IT and Horford in that case, too. Give us three shots at a top-2 pick next year!  ;)

But, yeah, I'm not really a fan of running this same basic unit back at all. It'd be Hayward, big trade, or bust for me at this point.
Recovering Joe Skeptic, but inching towards a relapse.

only if you can get good value and based on the returns George, butler and cousins got...

Just run it back and see if you can force the ECF to 6 this time.

I'm on board with this idea. We moved away from Fultz so we could get assets to get the stars. If we aren't getting the stars, let's just freaking tank and take Porter, Doncic and either Bamba or Ayton on one draft.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

People might say you're overreacting but I agree. They probably have to trade Bradley anyway - although I'll be sad to see him go.

Team building is not a binary process, of course. Ainge has the benefit of not having to choose between sucking or leveraging the future. But our best players 28 and 31 and I bet you they will be stop being All-Star caliber players before LeBron and Kyrie. Suffice to say, I would not be opposed to trading Thomas and Horford.

I'd say the opposite. Trade AB and Crowder for a big if you get Hayward and if you don't get him sign a big that can rebound.

You might be starting Brown at the 3 or 4 without GH. Tatum's not going to be anywhere near ready.
