I haven't paid attention to other teams cap space. Are you saying Celtics, Heat, 76ers, Spurs and Nuggets are the only teams with cap space to sign a max contract? What about Suns or other teams?

First off I disagree it fits logically for them, but second off the 76ers said they only want to do one year deals. The other two seem possible.
